Like a sprint down the Champs-Élysées on the last day of Le Tour de France, a dash around a hairpin bend or freewheeling down Pentonville Road, a cuppa with Sir Paul Smith is a pretty exhilarating affair. As i-D popped by his HQ for a flapjack and a chat for The Lights, Camera, Action Issue, we got lost amongst the stripes and the spellbinding speed of one of the fastest moving minds in fashion. Tumblr ain’t got nothing on speedy Smith. And after our a whirlwind tour of the Covent Garden offices, we scooped some shots of his pedal-tastic team…
