Calder Kusmierski Singer is a 22-year-old performance artist, singer and songwriter. Born and raised in TriBeCa, art, music and performance are his paintbrush, and the Big Apple his canvas.
In our Summer 2012, The Lights, Camera, Action Issue, photographer Dan Jackson and stylist Alistair McKimm shoot poetry in motion with NYC performance artist Calder Kusmierski. Alongside a beautiful series of images in which Calder sports new season Balenciaga, Chloe, Prada and more, he speaks candidly to i-D about his background, his back pocket and his raison d’etre.
