Celebrity fitness trainer Josh Holland shows us his moves in this fetching Lycra one-piece by Bernhard Willhelm.
Josh says the key to staying in shape is ‘to sweat as much as possible, and push yourself. We’ve all heard the expression no pain, no gain, well it’s true! If you don’t push yourself you won’t get the results you want.’ Like all sensible fitness trainers, Josh advises drinking at least eight glasses of water a day and supplementing your diet with a daily multivitamin. His quick fix? ‘If you don’t have access to the gym, improvise at home and use suitcases, chairs and luggage as your weights.’ Six-packs not guaranteed.
