Ella Dror and Ashley Smith started their own PR company a couple of years ago, almost on a whim, and in a short time it’s blossomed with an impressive roster of young fashion stars from Copenhagen to Hackney to Seoul. Everyone’s chill, everyone’s pals, and it’s a PR family with so much love to give… as well as one of the only teams putting on exciting independent events at fashion week and supporting alternative talents outside of the official system, which is so important for the health of the industry. “I think what we’ve been able to achieve is to prove that you don’t necessarily have to be on schedule to be supported in an industry,” says Ella. “It’s one route but it isn’t the only route,” elaborates Ash, and both conclude, “Even designers like Alexander McQueen started off schedule, so everybody has to start somewhere…”
