A regular i-D contributor, Scarlett is also a Horticultural Tutor, Workshop Leader and Food-Growing Consultant. Since 2000 she has also been a qualified Healing Therapist. In the 1980s Scarlett was as well-known for her appearance as she was for her cult club, The Cha Cha, and her photograph appeared in numerous international magazines, including the iconic cover of i-D’s The Head to Toe Issue, 1982. After a few years working as a model, both in fashion and with a variety of contemporary artists, Scarlett moved into fashion and event management. In 1995 she learned Rebirthing, a very powerful self-healing process. This signalled the change to a more fulfilling lifestyle and the beginning of her spiritual path. More recently Scarlett united her two big loves- Healing and Gardening – to share with others her innate understanding of the incredible healing power of the earth. She now teaches others.
