Richard Nicoll needs little introduction. A close friend of i-D’s, Richard is one of London’s most brilliant and respected designers. As well as his own highly successful label, Richard’s work to date includes freelance designer for Marc Jacobs at Louis Vuitton, Creative Director at Cerruti womenswear, and guest designer for inaugural capsule collections with Topshop and Fred Perry’s Laurel line. Although he’s not up for letting i-D in on his last dream – “It was something really camp about some dry cleaning that I’m not prepared to divulge” – Richard was down for introducing us to his friends, family and muses, photographed here by Paul Wetherell.
