Miranda May Kerr is an Australian model best known as one of the Victoria’s Secret Angels. Miranda was born in 1983 in Sydney, but raised in the small town of Gunnedah, New South Wales. She began modelling aged thirteen and got her big break when she signed a lucrative cosmetics contract with Maybelline in 2006. Miranda became the first Australian model to be offered a contract with Victoria’s Secret in 2007, replacing Gisele Bündchen. In 2010, she graced the cover of i-D’s ‘The Head Shoulders Knees and Toes Issue’ shot by Willy Vanderperre. Miranda married Orlando Bloom in 2010 and in January 2011, she gave birth to their first son.
