Croydon-born Kate Moss is one of the most famous British fashion models. Since her well-documented discovery at JFK airport by Sarah Doukas of Storm model management in 1988, Kate has appeared on the cover of every major fashion magazine in the world. This includes 11 covers of i-D and 30 covers of British Vogue. Her 7-year association with Calvin Klein created some of the most definitive lifestyle advertising of the 90s and Kate has also modeled for Versace, Christian Dior, Dolce & Gabbana, Yves Saint Laurent and Burberry. Following a break from modelling in the late 90s and the birth of her first child in 2002, Kate’s presence in the fashion world is now stronger than ever, fronting campaigns for Rimmel, Christian Dior, Burberry, Chanel’s Coco Mademoiselle and Missoni. Her modelling credentials are, however, second to her grander status as an international icon of style. In 2007, she launched her first collection for Topshop, which proved to be a long-standing and highly acclaimed collaboration ending mutually in 2010. She has also designed a range of handbags for luxury goods house Longchamp since early 2010. Kate Moss married musician Jamie Hince on the 1st of July 2011.
