Born in Poland 11 June 1985, Anja Rubik is a seasoned i-D cover winker, flashing her first one eye open in Spring 2011 for The Exhibitionist Issue (see the video here) and the second for The Winter Warm Up Issue, Winter 2011. Having put in an appearance in wii fitness game ‘Yoga for Wii’, winking for i-D must be a piece of cake for Anja, especially since she cites scuba diving as one of her favourite pastimes! The striking beauty has lived in Poland, Greece, Canada, and South Africa and has been the face of both Tod’s and Chloe in her time as a model. She married fellow model Sasha Knezevic in July 2011.
