Abbey Lee wants to runaway to live with the fairies and elves, but has to make do with being a supermodel instead. The 21 year old thrift store fan is a walking jumble sale who loves nothing more than raiding Salvation Army shops for faux fur and frocks to team with a fist full of rock ‘n’ roll rings. When she’s not walking for Givenchy, Chanel, Stella McCartney, Rodarte, Calvin Klein, Alexander McQueen and Versace or starring in advertising campaigns for D&G, CK Jeans, See by Chloe and Gucci that is!
Hidden talents? I can do a pretty mean body roll. I also write like a maniac. I write anything, but mainly my train of thought that I then convert into poems and lyrics. Favourite book? Women Who Run with Wolves by Clarissa Pinkola Estes
Film? What’s Eating Gilbert Grape. Record? Rain Dogs by Tom Waits. What was the first i-D magazine you ever bought? The first issue I appeared in. It was a portrait for the Alexander Wang feature. What advice would you pass on to friends and faimly? Stick to instant ramen noodle soup.
