Martine Rose. What can we expect from your AW13 collection? It’s all about the separates this season, dress how you want in cool pieces! That’s my message.

William Richard Green. What can we expect from your AW13 collection? Aside from more polka dots I’ve been thinking about the concept of kinship, groups and gangs and how they create their own dresscode, as well as the idea of people being “proud of their uniforms”. So the range will be smaller but this has given me the opportunity to focus on perfecting the patterns and finish of my garments. What makes London menswear hot? We have a great support system in London which massively helps elevate the designers but also it’s the attitude of the designers, I think everyone does what they want rather than what the industry tells them to do and I think people appreciate that.
Lee Roach. What can we expect from your AW13 collection? A continued exploration into the principles of reduction and repetition. The collection sees the introduction of new fabrications and treatments that transform the existing garment whilst adhering to a refined modern aesthetic. What makes London menswear hot? The combination of tradition and innovation.

Christopher Raeburn. What can we expect from your AW13 collection? This season’s inspirations have come from the Redsand Sea Forts – they are structures that were built in the Thames estuary to protect London. The collection is based around their history and then a re-imagined vision of what they would be like to inhabit today. What makes London menswear hot? I’m exceptionally proud to be a menswear designer in London at the moment; the success of London Collections has meant a shift in the global view of British Menswear.
Shaun Samson. What can we expect from your AW13 collection? Lots of ice references… and probably the hottest Autumn/Winter show yet. What makes London menswear hot? I think London is able to articulate and celebrate subculture, which makes it more relatable to youth, who have all the energy.

SIBLING. What can we expect from your AW13 collection? You’ll have to wait and see as it all comes together at the very last min dot com, but we are working on Fair Isles from Scotland and the usual fun, colour and embellishment you can expect from SIBLING. What makes London menswear hot? In our case everything we do is knitted so, if you wear a full outfit and stand near a fire or sit on the radiator you are as hot as can be!

Matthew Miller. What can we expect from your AW13 collection? This season explores Youth, Identity, Movement and the connection between digital identities and the Blank Canvas that we are in the real world. What makes London menswear hot? London menswear exudes attitude and there’s always something inspiring about it, and having the balls to use it. There is so much energy and raw talent in London right now. I always love brands like E.Tautz and Christopher Shannon whilst the Fashion East installations are always an exciting place to see the germination of ideas.
