With a soundtrack of orchestral music, an overpoweringly perfumed space, and a post-apocalyptic set of trash bags (no one knows what’s inside them) and candles, Meadham Kirchhoff’s sophomore menswear presentation was an intoxicating mix of lost boys in seductive clothes for the dark hours… stripy long johns, flowing nightgowns full of holes and black PVC trenchcoats. Boys had white ribbons tied around their arms, sandals over over-the-knee Nike socks, pearl earrings and hairbands. Our favourite looks were “PILLAGE” T-shirts in the Nirvana font (even though we always thought they preferred Hole…?) We asked Edward and Benjamin for five words about their show, and this is what they said:

*Severity
*Order
*Devotion
*Calm…
*and regenerating something that has been broken.
