Christopher Kane’s AW13 collection saw the Scottish designer do the Monster Mash megamix, with some help from Dracula and the Creature from the Blue Lagoon. Kane presented a predominantly monochrome collection with touches of his trademark purple, mixed with luxe ocelot printed goatskin t-shirts, monsters emblazoned across chests and some electric blue velvet resulting in a psychobilly collection fit for punk icon Lux Interior. Texture came in the form of quilted bombers with leather panels and some genius 3D leopard knit chenille whilst sharp coat lapels were popped a-la a super chic Count Dracula.
