The show began with a bare midriff, swiftly followed by a seductive bare shouldered dress in scuba fabrics with zippers adding a sporty feel that served to dress down the flesh-flashing. Jackets with rounded shoulders reiterated the relaxed element of the collection and print was also key, allowing Cornejo to mix up her dark tones with serious bursts of colour. It was a collection that slightly contradicted itself in the most wonderful of ways, opening and closing with clean lines and neutral tones, but hitting the crowd in between with an array of print and colour, just as they thought they had it figured out.
