Dexter Navy is the Egyptian-blooded, London-baked, LA-soaked photographer who turns everything his lens falls on to processed perfection. On sebatacle from his Notting Hill manor, pacing the bikini’d and bronzed boulevards of Los Angeles, we dispatched Wavy Navy to Las Vegas clothing trade show, ‘Magic Marketplace’. Here’s what he whipped up along the way.

“The folk from L.A multi-brand 424 on Fairfax family and I decided to take a mini roadtrip to Sin City, Las Vegas to checkout Magic. We swung by Stussy, checked into our hotel and then hit up the Complex Mag party to see Rick Ross perform. The next day was spent walking around Magic, checking out all the booths of both up-and-coming and established clothing brands! The ones that really caught my eye were, Skin Graft, Second Layer and Android Homme! All of the brands were very subtle and unique and it was interesting to see them all come together in one place and still stand apart from each other! I met loads of cool people, and even bumped into Nick Wooster, Pusha T, Jim Jones and on the last day myself in the mirror as I thought I’d lost myself in Vegas. After the show we went to the Supra party [shout out to Joy!] and ended Vegas on a high, leaving fifty dollars richer and managing to keep our crew intact! I’d say Vegas was quite the trip.”
