How would you define the style of Marc Bolan? Marc was the innovator of Glam Rock and the band fully replicate that in all of their costumes. How long has the band being going for? 20yrs and we have just become the first tribute band to have a biography published called T-Rextasy – The spirit of Marc Bolan. What’s in your pocket? Ben – the ultimate Michael Jackson tribute concert. What did you pack for the weekend? Costumes, microphone. Summer soundtrack? Katy Perry, Lady Gaga, Taylor-Swift and Jacko. How long has the act been going for? 9 yrs and the theatre show for 2 yrs. What do you do to become MJ? Lots of make-up, several costume changes, I change my accent in the way I sing and talk, I change the way I walk and move and I exercise my voice like a true musician. Describe your outfit… Top half is based on MJ’s dangerous tour for Jam and the trousers are his 80s get-up from the Bad era.

This is my 7th year now as Bowie and the only reason I got into it was because I share his birthday. This is my 3rd David Bowie tribute band and the guys I work with are full professionals.
