Mill’s Meals: Vegetarian Option

Since us Brits love banging on about the weather, who am I to break with tradition? The weather has, thankfully, improved no end since my last video in rainy June. In fact, we’ve even experienced the hottest day of the year. When I shot this in early July we were still having torrential rain but, fear not, this recipe’s a winner come rain or sun. Having asked the fine people of Twitter if they wanted a meat or veggie recipe this time, the answer was a resounding: Veggie! So, here’s my incredibly tasty, quick and cheap to make, sweet potato and spinach curry – a Sunday lunch regular in my gaff. I feel very strongly that the whole thing must be accompanied by a squeeze of lime, a dollop of mango chutney and plenty of Greek yogurt so do try it with some, if not all, of the aforementioned.
