Next summer – according to Emporio Armani – the T-shirt is over but it’s all about shorts and hard-bodied boys, so it’s time to start hitting the gym. Try short shorts (#hunksintrunks was trending on our Twitter) or, best of all, knee-length shorts over slightly longer white shorts, or XL boxers. These should be worn with tasselled loafers and no socks, and trenches, or jackets layered over blazers… but no tees please! And if you really have to wear trousers, make sure they’re white, or very pale grey. Standout looks include blue, khaki and transparent-striped jumpers that show-off toned torsos and abs, and twins in matching outfits… but very best of all are the wet-look curtain haircuts that screamed sexy 90s boyband! Emporio designed the Italian Olympics uniform for London 2012, so the team are going to look hot hot hot… as Giorgio says, these games are going to be “the most fashionable ever.”
