Triangles are bang on trend this season, trumping the staple egg shape in favour of the more avant-garde, high-concept Easter confection. So step into the kitchen with your yellow baton and some mascarpone and go choco crazy. It’s the only time of year when gluttony is no longer a sin, it’s a religious rite, so scoff till you drop.
