Todd Lynn’s show was sharp, severe, even slightly menacing in places… His take on AW12 was refreshingly dark, with tight and shadowy outfits, smoky goth eyes and slick hair, and, for the finale, slashes cut through a leather dress with long sleeves extending into gloves. At times the look was like The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo, but all was not doom and gloom and hacker chic… Todd also showed a lighter side in a transparent bodice of almost invisible lace, in shiny copper jackets and golden boots, and in a billowing burnt orange gown. This was a show of unsettling beauty, and femmes fatales in leather gloves.
