Reed Krakoff celebrated his fifth season on the runway with a sleek, modernist collection of leather panelled dresses, jackets and skirts. Coats came nipped in at the waist, skirts pleated and A-line, and collars sculptured around the neck and laced with fur. Krakoff worked with a sophisticated black and white colour palette, interspersed with red dresses, skirts and fuzzy red fur gilets guaranteed to amp up the sex appeal. Favourite pieces included a black python bandeau top, with sheer black chiffon sleeves, and creamy leather and felt biker jacket with zip up faux fur collar. A selection of luxurious python skin bags provided the finishing touches to a modern, streamlined collection perfect for the girl on the move.
