Moschino took us on a whistle-stop, world world tour for their SS12 show. Starting our adventure in Spain, the show opened with a star-spangled team of toreadors, each providing their own soundtrack, the bells on their hoop earings and cropped jackets jingling as they marched. Gold studs aplenty and towering heels made these bull-fighters a pretty formidable lot. Next we headed to the wild, wild west; all the rootin’ tootin’ cowboy essentials made their way down the catwalk; wide-brimmed, high-crowned cowboy hats came in black, their was fringing here, there and everywhere and, of course, a lacy leotard perfect for an afternoon on the ranch! A Grecian theme punctuated the collection, long white cotton dresses were offset by more colourful numbers, Jourdan Dunn’s canary yellow look an i-D fave. Throughout the show, hair was plaited and pinned, let’s face it, kind of a necessity when one’s raging bulls and taming horses! Yee-haw!
