Craig Lawrence gives knitwear a good name. In a similar thread to A/W 11, he produced a beautiful chrome and ivory collection for SS with Swarovski crystals sewn like hidden treasure in panels and hems. Deliberate threads hung loose in sheer woven dresses and skirts to the ankle or sometimes sweeping the floor. Each of the 17 commentated looks were accessorised with fairy headdresses enhancing Lawrence’s signature ethereal feel. A thoroughly feminine and technically ravishing collection!
