The Christopher Shannon boys exited the runway through a gold and green leafy set; there was a proper jungle vibe with bright parrot-feather colours of blues and oranges. Sportswear and tailoring was again the focus for the designer’s Spring Summer 12 show. This time however, the silhouette was lean, tailored and sharp, but not stiff. There was extreme styling comb head pieces and plastic woven jewellery but striped away, the collection can still stand alone as really very wearable and strong.
