The summer is NOT nearly over. It’s still August damn it! So while the sun is out to play this weekend, though we don’t know for how long, we ask for a bit of advice to maximize our lives from the people who live theirs better. i-D Consultant Fashion Director Edward Enninful, the lovely Agyness Deyn (she definitely knows), Jeremy Scott, the Rodarte sisters and Alexander Wang share their tips and their chips.
What’s your favourite summer smell? Comme des Garçons perfume.
What’s your favourite summer drink? Vanilla ice-cream coke float.
Where will you be holidaying this year? I have a new, rekindled love with English beaches so I want to get a camper van and drive around and beach hop. Margate to Cornwall!
What’s the best way to spend a lazy summer day? Go walking in the English countryside and lie in a field and listen.
What’s the best summer you’ve ever had? My first Glastonbury festival with close friends in 2004. I found my religion.
What are your top tips to make the most of the end of summer? Stay in the moment, go on random exciting adventures, fall in love, snog!

What’s your favourite summer smell? Coconut butter.
What’s your favourite summer drink? Arnold Palmer.
Where will you be holidaying this year? Somewhere no one can find me!
What’s the best way to spend a lazy summer day?Reading a book!
What’s the best summer you’ve ever had? I’d say the summers when I was a kid playing with my friends all day long ‘cuz we had no school that was when summer was at its all time best!
What are your top tips to make the most of the end of summer? Beach. Sun. Sex.

What’s your favourite summer smell? The ocean.
What’s your favourite summer meal? Cantaloupe and mint.
What’s the best way to spend a lazy summer day? Sitting on a porch, listening to old country records.
What’s the best summer you’ve ever had? We took our close friends to the Santa Cruz boardwalk where we stayed up all night riding old wooden roller coasters.
What are your top tips to make the most of the end of summer? Take a road trip.

What’s your favourite summer smell? Prada Infusion d’Homme aftershave. I wear it all year round, but it smells best in the summer.
What’s your favourite summer drink / meal? I like to drink sparkling water with lots of ice and fresh limes.
What’s the best way to spend a lazy summer day? For the past couple of summers a group of us have been going to The Belvedere in Mykonos. In the daytime I will be relaxing by the pool and listening to people’s wild stories from the night before. It’s great to be by the pool, in the shade, with friends coming and going.
What’s the best summer you’ve ever had? When I have visited Naomi [Campbell] on holiday. She knows how to relax and she is a great hostess. A couple of years ago in Ibiza, we took a boat to Formentera and had a very chilled out, beautiful lunch.

What’s your favourite summer meal? I love fresh guacamole.
What’s the best way to spend a lazy summer day?Laying in the park doing absolutely nothing.
What’s the best summer you’ve ever had? Last summer I went to Barcelona for the Sonar music festival then to Ibiza, it was the best.
What are your top tips to make the most of the end of summer? Work out and eat right during the winter.
