Mario Testino’s “Todo o Nada” exhibition opened last week at the Fondazione Memmo in Rome, a city where a tradition of art and decoration has deeper foundations than any other.
Co-hosting the event, Italy’s renowned and historic fashion houses Fendi, Gucci and Valentino joined forces to celebrate one of the most prolific photographers of our time. The exhibition explores the contrasts, mutual co-existence and advantages between being clothed and being nude. Documented in fifty-four exquisite photos, the collection includes seasoned i-D cover star Kate Moss in ethereal Galliano couture and Claudia Schiffer near stark nude, making ‘All or Nothing’ seem a thoroughly appropriate title!
Having photographed fashion’s most iconic models and Hollywood’s sparkliest stars for some of the world’s leading publications, Todo o Nada celebrates Testino’s genius understanding of deeper beauty, immaculately capturing the collision between impeccably dressed and perfectly bare. So what are you waiting for?! Hop to it, go forth, vamos!

Todo o Nada is open at the Fondazione Memmo-Palazzo Ruspoli, Rome until the 23rd November.
