Raye 6 is the ambitious singer/songwriter/producer behind music company Universe 6, “I’m from a galaxy far, far away known as Brooklyn.” Here this space traveller is wearing a shop-bought leopard print dress but is keen to stress that she’s often found in custom-made pieces from her designer friends Butch Diva, and RUE 107. Raye’s earrings are by jewellery designer DIG DEEP and her shoes by New Jersey based designer Bare Feet. Raye explains “I’m inspired by pessimism, failure, love and the fact that I know I will accomplish what I set out to do, dreaming inspires me and even more so.” Right now though Raye must dash Japan-wards; Shibuya, Tokyo to be precise for Japan Music Week. To infinity and beyond!
