While many designers capture a zeitgeist come fashion season, Sophia Kokosalaki went her own way. Using an autumnal palette, the designer wrapped up her models in chunky wool knits, shearling collars and suede butler jackets. Python printed trousers, lace up suede and leather flares erred on a 70s vibe, given a hard edge with wet look hair. Diesel is best known as a youth streetwear brand, but as this collection proved, the kid’s grown up.
