Since its launch back in 2008, GutterSlut has become a force to be reckoned with on the London club scene and this Saturday the oh so fabulous (and still oh so young) G.S. celebrates her third birthday.
From their humble roots getting feet carpet shuffling at Dalston house-parties, GutterSlutters, Per qx, Nic Fisher and Ralf Obergfell (aka the Dalston Gay Maffia) have made a swift ascent, not-so-quietly expanding fast onto bigger dance floors, boasting bigger names and much bigger crowds. Famed for its eccentric, gender-bending and electric atmosphere, London’s finest clubbers, scene queens and fashion’s most fabulous flock from all over the city when GutterSlut throws open its doors.
Befitting the reputation they have garnered, they’re making this weekend a night to remember with the hottest host in town Jonny Woo at the helm leading a most magnificent band of merry folk including Princess Julia, D’Johnny, Gideon, Hands Up and Miss Crystal MC. So chuck on your glad-rags, pucker up and get ready to D.A.N.C.E.
Sing Happy Birthday to GutterSlut this Saturday, 26th February, from 11pm to 7am at the Rhythm Factory, E1.
